Meadowbrook is a Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) school. PBIS is a proactive, systematic approach that focuses on teaching and acknowledging positive behaviors. The goal is to create a safe and positive environment for all students to reach social, emotional and academic success. At Meadowbrook, we don't call this approach PBIS, but instead it is known as the The Bulldog Way.
Leaders of the Pack
Students are nominated for leader of the pack for exceptional Bulldog Way behavior. Stay tuned for future Leaders of the Pack in 2020-21.
Bulldog Bash
All students and staff gather for a Bulldog Bash assembly at the beginning of each month. We celebrate positive student behavior and draw names from the fishbowl for a special incentive such as extra recess, cookie decorating, extra carnival time, and more!
